Shipping All Products are shipped via USPS  priority with a tracking number and expected delivery date ( except international orders - no expected delivery date) Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt of orders in the US. Allow at least 7 days for international orders. All orders placed will receive an confirmation email that items were shipped 

Incorrect Shipping info: Naturally Essential Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items due to incomplete shipping information of any kind. If an order is returned due to incomplete shipping information the customer is responsible for the redelivery and reshipping of the order. No refund will be issued due to incomplete shipping information.

Damaged Packages: If an item is damaged upon receipt it is the  buyers responsibility to alert Naturally Essential Beauty,LLC through email immediately with the subject: damanged package at naturallyessentialbeauty.com with order number,  full name, and pictures so you can be assisted.  Failure to do so will result in buyer being  FULLY responsible for the cost of the order.
